OUR MISSION
The Bristol Rainforest
Planting a rainforest one classroom at a time
Henleaze Infants School
Our aim was to put a rainforest tree in every infant and nursery school in Bristol, but where to start. Then James came along to see us attracted by the many rainforest trees in our Hot House in St. Pauls and before we knew it, we had placed our first tree in Henleaze Infants School.
August 2018
James a teacher sitting by a Banyan Tree,
Ficus Benghalensis, in Henleaze
Infants School, Bristol.
There was no cost to the school for hosting a tree, however, we ask that the school commit itself to looking after the tree and to providing regular pictures and feedback on the effects of the tree on their pupils.
